We were there two weeks ago with our children (1 year and 4 years). The apartment was extremely family-friendly and even came with some toys. Our children loved the mud kitchen, the sand playground, the pedal tractors and the trampoline. The farm tour, for which Tanja took a lot of time, looking after and riding the dwarf pony Maja, feeding the rabbits and chickens and picking strawberries, was great. Thank you for that! We'd love to come back!
Fantastic quiet place with an amazing view of the valley below.Extremely friendly and helpful hosts.The place is recently build. It has a play room, two covered parking spots as well as uncovered ones. Ski room, washing machine, etc.The apartments are spacious, well designed and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable. It’s all build with natural materials. There’s underfloor heating. Gorgeous balconies.Tanja went out of her way to make us feel comfortable which included making a cake for my friends birthday.Can’t thank you enough Tanja and family.Highly recommended.
Truly perfect experience for our holiday! A few minutes' drive from Bressanone but in a quiet location with an enviable view, we took advantage of the 3-room suite with a terrace along all 4 sides. Everything is new in the apartment, furnished with quality and excellent choices of materials, the windows in the living area and bedrooms offer lots of light and a view of the valley. You can visit the owners' farm (a stone's throw away) with many animals, Tanja's welcome and availability were an undeniable plus. When we asked for the breakfast basket they added a homemade cake complete with candles for my wife's birthday ♥️. They made us find games, booklets and everything necessary "practical" for our child. Oh, and of course we had the BrixenCard included for all adults for all days of stay. 100% recommended!
It is an incredibly place for relaxing with the panoramic views. Great location, it is 10 minutes from Brixen. Tanja was kind and helpful host. The apartments are new and modern with fully equipped kitchen. There are a fantastic area for children with various playgrounds. Finally, our stay exceeded our expectations.
This place is an absolute gem. We are a family of 4 and opted to book Lia apartment for Christmas. The place was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished to high standard and well-equipped with kitchen utilities. The views from the kitchen-living area (thanks to the large apertures) are breathtaking. We requested breakfast every morning which was so homely and delicious. Tanja, our host, never failed to put in little, sweet touches like writing the names of our daughters on their egg, labelling each jar and sometimes would even include a homemade treat. Apart from animals on the farm, the place had a play area outside with table soccer, basketball hoop, table tennis, sand pit, outdoor play kitchen and several other toys. We would spend some time here on most days for some fun and quality family time. Another highlight was roasting marshmallows and drinking hot cocoa around the fire pit situated just outside the apartment. We look forward to visiting this place again to create more beautiful memories, with its tranquil surroundings and run by such great hosts who were always there to meet our every need.
